Overview
Big Toe was an ingrown toenail-specific clinic. The client's goal was to find a way of providing education and awareness about ingrown toenail causes and care without having gross or gory graphics. We choose a light-hearted and "puny" feel that allowed us to have the flexibility to promote services while not being blocked by squeamish individuals and still appearing "professional" I composed the content and copy for the brand introduction, and print materials managed design direction with the designers, and created the social media strategy and guidelines. A couple of examples are below.
Accomplishments
Patient feedback had a great response. We received numerous comments on the designs and fun play on words.
Increased brand and service awareness for Big Toe inviting audiences to interact or refer patients to the clinic. This brand had great potential to be a very engaged brand when the next plans of the marketing strategy were implemented, like IG reels and Tik Tok, and the Google Ad Suite.
Provided a solution that was fast (like an urgent care clinic for ingrowns) allowing customers to save time in their day and feel good about getting their ingrowns taken care of.
